ProActive Pest Control originated while I was finishing up my career working for one of the largest pest control companies worldwide. After almost ten years of being an employee, I had noticed that their main focus seemed to be on supporting and pushing sales, and less focus on maintaining their current portfolio of customers.Learning from their mistakes, I created a system for quality control inspections. This involves getting a second set of eyes in the account to make sure that the program goes according to plan. I also now encourage clients to mail in a post-service survey, so I can always maintain the highest client satisfaction.
These ProActive Pest Control implementations have made a world of difference for both our clients as well as our company. A desire to work together to make things happen, and good communication with our clients are two of the biggest assets to getting the job done right – the first time.
